Position Summary:
The Digital and E-commerce Insights Analyst will partner with Consumer Experience, Media, Design, and Ecomm/DTC teams to provide agile and timely insights. They will ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and effective, by fostering and leveraging a test and learn approach. Reports to: Marketing Effectiveness Manager.

Collaborates cross-functionally with the Consumer Experience, Media, Design, Ecomm/DTC, and Brand teams to power data-driven decision making across our marketing campaigns.
Plays an impactful role in a cross-functional team dedicated to agile marketing initiatives.
Guides stakeholders in identifying measurement plans and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insight to the performance of campaigns against benchmarks and brand objectives.
Fuels a data driven and consumer lead ecosystem, collecting and leveraging insights through to activation.
Connects brand analytics to business results throughout the purchase funnel, inclusive of brick and mortar and eCommerce initiatives.
Fluent in deriving multicultural insights to inspire and guide the development of content and assets that connect with multicultural consumers.
Leverages digitally lead data and analytics to optimize effectiveness of campaigns while ensuring ongoing relevance.
Analyzes first-party consumer data to determine consumer-centric insights, driving the effectiveness of campaign strategy.
Deploys tests quickly, evaluating the results and rapidly iterating in order to identify creative contents that can be leveraged at larger scale.
Accurately interprets data and identifies insights to be timely communicated to business partners.
Communicates insights and recommendations both verbally and in the form of reports/presentations to internal teams and senior management in a thoughtful manner.
Gathers and summarizes relevant trends about contents that drive consumer engagement on digital and social and provides direction on how to leverage those trends.
Proactively seeks out new platforms and tools to sharpen and speed up the evaluation of digital and social campaigns.
Develops internal and competitive benchmarks based on historical performance.
Manages recurring reporting and monitors key metrics based on the stakeholder’s objectives/requirements.
Stays abreast of changing social media and digital media industry trends.
Supports key stakeholders with ad hoc analyses as needed.
Experiences That Will Support Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Sociology, Entertainment, Media, Marketing or related
Minimum of two year of digital insights and/or analytics experience at a FMCG/service company, performance or digital agency, digital media research supplier or digital media company
Hands-on technical BI skills, ideally including experience using BI reporting tools
Proficient written and verbal communications (including presentation skills)
Experience in providing multicultural insights
Excellent knowledge and understanding of media, digital metrics and the wider digital industry
Experience of key digital & social media reporting tools
Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment
Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
Experienced in the creation of audience-tailored presentations that tell a story convincingly
