Position Summary:
The Content Manager will manage the development and execution of content strategies and digital experiences across our portfolio of brands. This position will ensure a holistic omnichannel approach to owned, earned and paid content. They should know the best ways to create content and digital experiences and work with various internal and external partners to bring them to life in an effective way. This role reports to the Director of Digital Engagement.
Ways You Will Make a Difference:
Drive omnichannel content strategies that support campaigns, product launches and brands always-on presences across online mediums.
Lead social media and digital content development process and reviews. Know and understand what types of content are appropriate to help achieve marketing objectives and the various ways content can be created.
Lead the oversight and execution of planned agile campaigns. Ensure flawless execution in conjunction with our paid media, creative, insights and brand teams.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create unique and engaging digital experiences that support all types of campaigns.
Drive influencer strategies and executions that are rooted in measurable objectives while always following FTC guidelines.
Oversee social customer service efforts with third-party agency to ensure customer satisfaction is met through community management.
Partner with Insights team to develop and report out on results and actionable learnings.
Drive efficient and smart outputs with your direct report(s).
Stay up to date on social platform, content and digital best practices and trends. Communicates trends to teams as appropriate. Always answer the questions – what’s next and so what?
Experiences That Will Support Your Success
Bachelor’s degree required
4-6 years in a content, digital, social media or communications role
Experience developing and adhering to content strategies
Experience planning and executing campaigns across online channels
Experience leading successful influencer strategies and executions and partnering with content creators
Involvement in UX and the overall website creation process
Previous experience working at or with external agencies
Experience managing direct reports
Experience measuring and evaluating content across channels
Experience working within a dynamic cross-functional team environment, navigating objectives to drive priority and deliver breakthrough results
Skills That Will Make You Successful?
Experience working with digital, content CMS and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Netbase, Social Bakers, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO principles, UX and content optimization
Proficient in the adobe Suite of Tools
Knows their way around Google Analytics
