  • AIMM is a membership-based alliance of senior-level  industry leaders from across the entire corporate ecosystem; client-side marketers/brands, creative/media agencies, media companies, research companies, tech companies, nonprofits, trade organizations and – collaborating year-round to create the new standards for driving growth  from Multicultural and Inclusive market audiences, including Hispanic, Black, Asian American, LGBTQ+, Native-American and Indigenous Peoples, People With Disabilities, the Aging Population and non-Hispanic White.  The goal of AIMM is to maintain a balanced representation of 50% from client-side marketers and 50% from the rest of the ecosystem and will occasionally put a “temporary pause” on onboarding some categories based on the state of the ecosystem balance.​


    Membership is at a company level, with individuals who represent each member company actively engaged and involved and is by invitation only.

  • Membership into AIMM is a separate and additional membership within the ANA. We are a complement to the foundational content offered by ANA membership alone. This is because the depth and breadth of AIMM’s year-round programming, content and collaboration, including tools, data, resources, events, and playbooks offers a significant scope of “over and above” benefits tied to peer-based networking & engagement, thought leadership, capabilities-building, team training, legacy-building and much more.

     

    AIMM is globally recognized for the impact it delivers to its members and the industry. We are actively making progress in these three main goal areas:

    1. Achieving True Diversity and Inclusion in Corporations

    2. Eliminating Systemic Investment Inequalities in the Media and Creative Supply Chain

    3. Maximizing Cultural Authenticity in Ads, Programs and AI Outputs

  • The AIMM membership year runs for twelve months and may be activated during any month and at any time of each month, all year long.

  • No, AIMM offers the flexibility of paying membership fees in multiple payments over the course of a few months.

  • Attendance and participation in AIMM meetings, webinars, and Tracks are up to the discretion of each member. We hope that all members participate as much as possible to maximize their ability to collaborate, learn, partner, up-skill and move their teams and organizations forward.
